DIET and EXIRCISE

DIET
Religion and a meal the eating habits have a big relation. For example, there is Holy Communion in Christianity, and this shares the last meal with pupils before Jesus is handed over, and it is crucified by the New Testament, and it depends on what is written to have commanded to do to have this meal as one's memory. The Christian maintains faith that Christ surely exists there by holding this ceremony.

The religion forbidding eating specific food in a doctrine is not rare, and there is religion to have severe religious precepts about the recipe. For example, in the Judaism, the thing that the Old Testament cannot eat the thing which may eat, the only combination that must not live together, the rule slaughter it, and to relate to, a recipe of the animal are described minutely, and there are many Judaists protecting it now in the strict religious sect; [3]. Christianity was welcomed by people by having largely relaxed a strict meal rule of the Judaism in the stage of the early days. I forbid it to eat a pig as a thing of the dirtiness in the Islam now. I object and, in the Hinduism, forbid it to eat a cow as a holy thing (as an important thing). In addition, in the Buddhism, I developed vegetarian cooking.
In addition, there is the fasting religion to particularly find the meaning in the religion that does not take the meal for a certain period of time.
EXERCISE
It is very important to exercise because exercise strengthens one's muscle and a body. So I play soccer as soccer club member. After I played soccer, I always get rid of stress and become tired. But, this tiredness is a good thing because tiredness get me to go to sleep very well. So would you play soccer or exercise? Let's EXERCISE!!!
